INDIANAPOLIS – The Indiana Commercial Board of REALTORS® is pleased to announce the election of David Reed, Bradley Company Senior Vice President, as its 2016 board president.
A tenured industry professional with more than 29 years of experience, Reed leads the Bradley Company Indianapolis office and has a long-standing history with ICBR. He has served many years on the board of directors and has held the office of both secretary/treasurer and vice president.
Over the course of his career Reed has completed more than 500 transactions, selling or leasing more than 10 million square feet with a market value of more than $150 million.
It is this experience that will drive the organization in 2016, as ICBR works to increase member engagement, enhance service offerings, grow its base of professionals and increase the market presence of the Indiana Commercial Real Estate Exchange (ICREX).
Many of these goals began under the direction of current ICBR president, Drew Augustin, CCIM, SIOR, Alliance Commercial Group. During his 2015 leadership ICREX saw a 20 percent increase in subscriptions and ICBR membership gained nearly 100 new members. These accomplishments only help further the organization’s mission to be the voice of commercial real estate in Indiana.
While Reed will not officially take office until January 1, ICBR held a formal induction ceremony November 19, at Broadmoor Country Club welcoming him and other new board members to their positions.
