INDIANAPOLIS – The Indiana Commercial Board of REALTORS® (ICBR) is pleased to announce its popular continuing education course, Discovering Commercial Real Estate (DCRE), will return to Bloomington, Indiana, February 29, at the Hilton Garden Inn.

Registration is now open and all real estate professionals; residential, commercial, ICBR member and non-members are encouraged to attend.  Members of the Bloomington Board of REALTORS® or ICBR will receive the lowest pricing.

Offering four hours of continuing education (CEU), DCRE provides an overview of the basics of commercial real estate and how it differs from residential practices.

“The course has received great feedback from attendees and is the perfect introduction for those new to or thinking about joining the commercial real estate profession,” said Stan Evans, DCRE instructor.

Through the course attendees will be able to distinguish and understand the commercial broker’s role and discover different types of commercial properties, terms, valuation methods, marketing and resources available for further education. DCRE is a great opportunity to expand professional understanding of the commercial real estate industry.
