- 2025 Fort Wayne District Day (In-person course July 2025)
- 2025 Evansville District Day (In-person course July 2025)
2026 Program Submission Opportunities - Due July 30, 2025
- 2026 On-Demand Courses (Available online February-June 2026)
All Education Sessions Must:
- Provide timely, substantive and relevant information to commercial real estate professionals. A list of topics our attendees are interested in is located below.
- Qualify for continuing education for Indiana real estate practitioners.
- Have presenters/panelists/speakers with relevant professional experience and be a demonstrated content expert for their proposed topic.
- Consider that limited funds are available for support of presenters in consideration for their time, expertise and travel. Fees and reimbursements may be requested. All presenters receive 1 complimentary registration for the event/program they are presenting at.

- Tax policies affecting commercial real estate

- Development issues, redevelopment

- Creative commercial real estate developments (mixed use, redevelopment, finance solutions)

- Investment brokerage
- Logistics impact on commercial real estate
- Capital markets updates
- Crowdfunding and alternative financing
How to Submit Your Proposal
2025 proposals must be submitted online by February 28, 2025
All session proposals must include:
- Contact information
- Session title and 1-2 sentence description
- Learning objectives* for the session
- Speaker(s) information including name, contact, credentials, title and company
- Speaker bios provided via link or uploaded document
- Identify learning formats that will be used, such as:
- Presentation
- Panel discussion
- Case studies
- Q&A session with audience
- Facilitated group discussions
- How will you make the session interactive/engaging for attendees? (not applicable to 30 minute sessions)
- What is the most important thing attendees will learn that will help them be more successful?
- Fees/travel reimbursements requested
*Learning objectives should complete the phrase “at the conclusion of this education session, participants will know/be able to/understand…”.
