Discover Commercial Real Estate with the Indiana Commercial Board of REALTORS®

INDIANAPOLIS – The Indiana Commercial Board of REALTORS® (ICBR) is excited to offer two opportunities to attend its Discovering Commercial Real Estate Course (DCRE) in Indianapolis, October 29 at Renaissance Indianapolis North, and in South Bend, November 3 at the Greater South Bend-Mishawaka Association of REALTORS® offices.

Registration is now open at www.myICBR.org/discovering-cre, and all real estate professionals are encouraged to attend.
Offering four hours of continuing education (CEU), DCRE provides an overview of the basics of commercial real estate and how it differs from residential practices. The course has received positive feedback from attendees as a great introduction for those new to or thinking about joining the commercial real estate profession.

Through the course attendees will be able to distinguish and understand the commercial broker’s role and discover different types of commercial properties, terms, valuation methods, marketing and resources available for further education. DCRE is a great opportunity to expand professional understanding of the commercial real estate industry.

Early bird registration is available for as little as $60 and includes breakfast for the Indianapolis class and lunch in South Bend. Pre-registration is highly encouraged, however registrations will be accepted onsite.
