Committee Positions
Commitee position applications are currently ongoing.
- Purpose: Determine topics and speakers for the On-Demand Courses & 2026 Indiana Commercial Real Estate Conference (ICREC)
- Term: January 2026 – September 2026
- Meetings: 1-hour planning calls via Zoom monthly
- Time Commitment: 1 hour per month
- Purpose: Meet sponsorship goals for CRE On-Demand courses and 2026 Indiana Commercial Real Estate Conference (ICREC)
- Term: June 2025 – May 2026
- Meetings: Check-in calls every-other-month, most work done via email updates
- Time Commitment: 2 hours per month
- Purpose: Discuss CRE topics affecting the industry
- Term: January 2026 – December 2026
- Meetings: 1-hour Zoom calls
- Time Commitment: 1 hour per quarter
- Purpose: Actively promote ICREX to ICBR/CREA membership and real estate community at large and work with staff to develop and implement board’s strategic priorities.
- Term: January 2026 – December 2026
- Meetings: 1-hour planning calls via Zoom quarterly
- Time Commitment: 1.5 hours per quarter
Board Positions
Board position applications for 2026 are currently closed.
Board position applications are currently open through August 1, 2026.
- Term: 1 year with automatic nomination to Treasurer/Vice President/President/Immediate Past President (5-year total commitment)
- Meetings: Four board meetings annually (one via conference call, three in Indianapolis area), monthly Executive Committee meetings (all via conference call, except months with a board meeting), and optional participation in ICREX committee meetings
- Time Commitment: Approximately 3 hours per month to prepare for and attend meetings, and provide input on other projects as needed. Attendence expected at CREA events.

- Must be a REALTOR member
- Term: 1 year with automatic assentation to ICBR Treasurer/Chair-Elect/Chair/Immediate Past Chair (5-year total commitment)
- Meetings: Meets in conjunction with the CREA Board of Directors for four board meetings annually (one via conference call, three in Indianapolis area) and monthly Executive Committee meetings (all via conference call, except months with a board meeting). Short ICBR Council sessions arranged immediately before/after the joint meeting as needed.
- Time Commitment: Approximately 3 hours per month to prepare for and attend meetings, and provide input on other projects as needed. Attendence expected at CREA and ICBR events.
