ICBR REALTOR® of the Year

William M. Ehret, SIOR, was presented the 2011 REALTOR® of the Year award by ICBR during the Indiana Commercial Real Estate Conference on Nov. 4, 2011.  Ehret is CEO and co-founder of the Summit Realty Group.

A 29-year veteran of Central Indiana’s commercial real estate market, Ehret was recognized for his professional success, commitment to furthering the commercial real estate profession and dedication to community service.

A co-founder of Summit Realty Group in 1993, Ehret was instrumental in the firm’s emergence as one of Indiana’s leading commercial real estate firms. He served as broker on some of the region’s largest deals and led the way as his firm was selected as the Indiana Alliance office for global services provider Cushman & Wakefield. He was actively involved in the launch of Summit’s Property Management Division, the open of its satellite office in Bloomington and the recent purchase and renovation of a 19^th century building in downtown Indianapolis for use as the firm’s headquarters.

Ehret’s professional and personal achievements and activities include:

The REALTOR® of the Year award has been presented annually by ICBR since 1994.  In addition to membership in ICBR, award criteria include:
